This is a script that can be used with any HTML form. It is helpful when formatting phone numbers for storage in a database. The script is good because out of the millions of people using the internet there are dozens of ways to format a phone number and this reduces them all down into one format. (This will only work with U.S. style 10 digit phone numbers.)
